Shapeshifting

Venetia Valley
Today my name is River
I like it because it fits how I am
I got flow that shines like silver
and power that you cannot out-stand
I pretend to be calm at the surface
with my water passing by gently.
But my energy rushes with purpose
through the rock bed oh so quickly.
I used to be a drop in a grey cloud
falling as rain because I was sad.
Inside I'd hear the rumbling sound
that of fear which I once had.
I learned that I couldn't hold on to it
and had to express my feelings to heal
I found strength in myself and began to shift
I poured when thunder struck and I started to feel
Tomorrow my name will be Water
the Shapeshifter and giver of life
I will make parched mouths softer
helping hydrate the world to end all strife.
Shapeshifting from gas, liquid and solid
world peace, I will have solved it.
Super Foods

I am thankful for all the food I can eat
It makes me dance from my head to my feet
You make all the bad stuff go away with every chomp, wiggle and sway
When you're not around
I have a frown
I miss the crunches of a good snack
and when my belly is full and fat
I love it when you can smell your food
with all of the flavors lingering in an ooze
I start to dance when my food is near
happiness take over and everything is clear
It's the food's sweetness, spices and flavors
that make my tummy look for these hungry endeavors
When there's fried chicken, I do the chicken dance
and when its time for dessert, I put on my baking pants
Once I forgot some cookies in the oven
they were all burnt, but that didn't stop me from lovin'
Food has all the nutrients to help us grow
to get our strength to fight off any foe

A bear is like something scary but when your in your cozy house your not scared anymore
Bears smell like trees that are in the woods. Bears are one color the color is brown.
A bear is like the monster that is falling us
A bear has the shade in the
Night when you are camping and
If you live the lights on the shade of the bear is going to be there
When I see a bear my face is like crying
A bear is cute but scary
I saw bears coming close to me
I can laugh by seeing the funny words
Something that makes me powerful is a bear unicorn
How to Scare Away Fear

I'm afraid of someone hurting me
I don't like to be by myself in dangerous places
I feel so scared that I feel my bones shaking and it feels like I'm stuck in quick sand
Darkness is scary because you can't see what may be in the dark
It feels like your heart is racing to be faster than what could pop out of the dark
I feel calm
Like a strong tree
I have powerful roots
My branches will dance with the fierce winds of fear
my roots will only get stronger the more I dance and stand up and face all those scary things
I can conquer my fear by being brave and have Ipo with me whenever I am scared
I conquer my fears and feelings
it looks like arms of love and protection that hold & hug my heart
those arms will hug so hard and tight
that the fear will be squeezed out like a fart
It will smell so bad that fear will be too scared to come back
